Dried Mushrooms: Wild Forest Blend

This is a blend of cultivated mushrooms, typically oyster, beech, shitake, and seasonal wild foraged mushrooms.  Our foraged inventory is constantly changing, therefore we cannot tell you exactly which mushrooms are in the bag you purchase.  
Below is a list of wild mushrooms you may find in you bag, it is not all inclusive:
Lion's Mane, Wild Winter Oyster, Wild Summer Oysters, various wild Boletes, Yellow Oyster, Chicken of the Woods, Lactarius species, Black Trumpet, Chanterelle Species, Hedgehog Mushrooms, Cinnabars, just to name a few.
